The second transnational meeting was held in Madrid on 18-19 March 2019. There the partners had the opportunity to look back on the last six months of the project and to exchange their experiences, challenges and approaches. The aim of the project is to identify the most important factors influencing careers. To this end, questionnaires were first developed and then distributed by the partners in the respective countries to high-school students, University students, vet-students, parents and drop-outs. During the meeting, the results were presented by IFC host and CEO Alexander Bell and project leader Sebastian Albrecht. Country-specific features were also discussed. The next step is to prepare a potential analysis for high-school students and dropouts on these results. The next meeting is scheduled for September in Lithuania.
